Shipping information:

We promise free shipping is valid on all orders. We will deliver your order by EMS or DHL (Online Tracking).Usually, sending to USA need 5-7 business days, France 6-8 business days, Australia 5-6 business days, Canada 6-8 business days and Spain 6-8 business days. And our shipping fee is free for any order.


Tracking Shipments:

After your package is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email including the tracking number of your order. You can track your order via the Order-tracking Websites below using your tracking number:


Wrong Shipping Address:

It's the buyer's responsibility to pay additional shipping and handling fee if the ordered item is returned because of the wrong shipping address provided by buyer. Please make sure your shipping address is correct and deliverable.


Return Policy:

Your satisfaction is our long-term pursuit and upmost concern. Once your package has arrived, we encourage you to open and check it. For any items, if there is a quality problem and you want to apply for a refund, please contact our Customer Service Representatives within 24 hours from the time you receive the package.  Once it is verified, you can send the item back to us after you get our permission, and we will give you the corresponding refund. Returning packages without prior approval from Customer Service will halt or delay your return.

If you are returning Headphones, please make sure they are in their original condition -  unaltered, undamaged etc.


General Returns:

Damaged or Mis shipped Items

Damaged or mis-shipped items are eligible for a full refund. When requesting your refund, please be ready to provide Customer Service with photographs clearly showing the problem with the items. If your package is damaged during shipping, please check the Headphones carefully when you get the package. If the Headphones is also damaged, Please ask your delivery carrier to give you the  "Proof of Damage" documentation, and email us the photographs showing the damaged packaging as well as "Proof of Damage" documentation in order to process your refund.


Color Mismatch

 The settings of your computer screen may alter the color of the pictures shown on Slight color mismatches between the color of your item and the color shown on screen may not mean that the item is defective or mis-shipped. However, if you are confident that you have received the item in a wrong color, please contact Customer Service to see if a return or refund is possible.



If within 7 days of receipt of your goods you wish to exchange them for a different Color, please contact us via live chat or e-mail. Goods will only be accepted for an exchange if they have not been worn, damaged or altered.

Product exchanges will be shipped at customer's own cost. Note that the costs associated with the return of goods are the sole responsibility of the customer.



Refunds are issued in the currency in our website. We are not responsible for the current currency exchange rate.


Return Process

1) Contact Customer Service Representatives within 24 hours from the time you receive the package. Include an explanation and photographs documenting the reason for the return. Returns will not be accepted without prior approval from Customer Service.

2)  Once Customer Service has approved your request, please send the item and the completed Product Return Form back to us as soon as possible.

3)  Once received at our facility, your return will be processed in 3 to 5 business days. Once your return is confirmed and inspected, we will refund you Immediately. Items returned in unacceptable condition will not be processed as refunds and cannot be shipped back to you. 


Taxes, Duties, Tariffs and/or Brokerage Fees can not be held responsible for any additional charges such as taxes, duties, tariffs, or brokerage fees that may apply to international orders.
